What is the standard delivery time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders. International delivery times vary by destination and usually range from 5 to 10 business days.
How can I return an item purchased online?
You may return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags within 14 days of receipt. Please use the prepaid return label included in your package or visit our online returns portal to generate a new one.
How do I care for my raw denim jeans?
To maintain the unique character of A.P.C. raw denim, we recommend avoiding washing for as long as possible. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash cold with a specialized denim detergent and air dry.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are subject to stock availability. You can initiate an exchange through our returns portal, or visit any A.P.C. flagship store with your digital invoice.
