A.P.C. offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and intimate apparel, are ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your A.P.C. account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form to ensure your refund is processed without delay.
Affix the Label
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order or via the portal to the outside of the parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
